Out of the frustration of not being able to get myself to write code in between end-semester exams; and the fact that I've become rather infamous for shutting down / doing away with my projects, I've decided to make my contribution to the lazyweb - behold Arnab's Awesome Internationalization Facilitator™:
All good software projects eventually need to be translated from their native language to another, so that more people around the world can use it. Also, this translation has to be unambiguous, and of a good quality, since it's one of the most important parts of a user's interaction with the software. However, the process of painstakingly translating boring lines of user interface texts is not something that one would have daydreams about. Hence, it is time we did something about this problem. We need something that will solve two issues. Some thing that will:
- Make it easier to convert lots of user interface text to different languages; and
- Make it easier to maintain quality levels of the translations
So what do we do? I propose that we create a
