First you had NetscapeOne. Then came SunOne. Then RealOne. And now, ladies and gentlemen, some idiotic marketing department in my favourite PDA company has decided to rename the outfit to PalmOne! This is WAY too ridiculous! Like someone on /. said - it sounds
like a suggestion: "Hey look! look at those abandoned PDAs lying around! You think we should Palm one!?"

Add to that the stupid, stupid, stupid "hacker-friendly" design idea of changing the L to 1 and O to 0. It's hard to read, and looks alien; and unfriendly - not something I'd want to see while buying a Personal digital assistant.

This whole thing better be a joke; but looking at the whole website, I guess the lame-brained marketing department just destroyed Palm's entire image in one stroke.
