Google introduces Picasa Web Albums : lots of nice things like image preloading, etc — I’m curious to see what the Yahoo Photos beta and Flickr have to offer in response to this.

bye bye go

Go 92.5, completes its niche-English to mainstream-Hindi transformation (read “selling out”) with a new name. I think the trite, unimaginative name befits the new avatar, considering that Indian Television already has not one but two channels with the same name.

the real story of the mice

Two mice fell in a bucket of cream. One gave up and drowned. However, the other struggled so much that he turned the cream to butter and crawled out. Unfortunately, the second one was lactose intolerant, and he had ingested sufficient quantities of the cream to cause a massive allergic attack, triggering a massive anaphylactic shock that killed him.

Moral of the story: If you’re a mouse stuck in a bucket of cream, you’re screwed.
